Business interruption insurance

Small hotels and restaurants have received some relief from the insurance industry. It came in the form of Business Interruption Insurance. But, it took a court battle and interventions from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority for small businesses to be paid out. Insurance Claims Africa CEO, Ryan Wooley, says more can be done to help larger establishments and speed up payouts.
