Bus Driver Steals Passenger's Smartphone

Unusual CCTV footage has emerged from China showing a bus driver stealing a passenger’s smartphone.

In the footage, captured on a camera on the bus in Guizhou Province late last month, the driver can be seen watching the passenger’s pocket before carefully reaching inside and extracting the device.

According to local news reports, the passenger reported the loss of her phone worth 2,000 yuan (around 326 US dollars) to police officers and a subsequent review of the CCTV footage revealed the 41-year-old driver to be the thief.
