Bus & Cable-Car Simulator - replacing fuse

It's a simple job right, replacing fuse? Well you & me, we're both WRONG! The Force!! it keeps pushing the fuse away! Like it's some kind of infection, like its saying "Time Out! it's break time!" Why? I mean why would the developers make it harder than it should? Of all the design decisions, this has to be quite high on the absurd scale.
