Ingredient: 1/2 litre milk, handful chopped almonds, 1/4tsp elachi powder, 5scoops vanilla ice cream, 4tb klim (milk)powder, 5tb rose syrup.
Method:
1.pour the milk in to a blender
2.add rose syrup, chopped almonds, elaichi powder, 2scoops ice cream, milk powder.
3. Blend together
4.pour in to a serving glass put remaining ice cream scoops..
* Drizzle some rose syrup and sprinkle elaichi powder.
