WASHINGTON: Reaffirming its support to Pakistan in the war against terrorism, the United States condemned the blast at the shrine of the Sufi saint Shah Noorani on November 12 in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, that killed scores of devotees.

During a regular briefing at the United States Department of State, spokesperson Elizabeth Trudeau on Monday said, “The United States condemns the attack in the strongest term that killed 52 innocent worshipers and wounded over a hundred more.”
