ISLAMABAD: The country is set to witness the second-ever handover of power to the third parliament in a row as newly elected members of the National Assembly take the oath today.

Outgoing Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will administer the oath to the newly elected members of the 15th National Assembly during its first session which is scheduled to start at 10:00am.

PTI chairman and prime minister-in-waiting Imran Khan, PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gillani and PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif have arrived at the Parliament building.
