Bulk-billing changes set to come into effect from tomorrow

Major changes to Medicare are rolling out tomorrow which means it may be easier to find a bulk-billing doctor. The government is launching an almost eight-billion-dollar program to encourage doctors to bulk-bill every patient. But not every doctor will be participating in the scheme.
