Builders Balancing Without Safety Equipment

These builders were seen standing on a narrow wooden plank 40ft above the ground without any safety equipment. The construction workers were standing on the beam while laying bricks on an unfinished four-storey elementary school building in Las Pinas City, the Philippines on December 17. The lack of harnesses and helmets surprised onlookers who filmed them performing the risky manoeuvres.
