Build a Free Open-Source NAS Server with Banana Pi M4-Zero | Step-by-Step Tutorial | BPI M4-Zero |

In this video, we will demonstrate how to build a NAS (Network Attached Storage) server using the Banana Pi M4-Zero. We’ll utilize a pre-created bash script to streamline the setup process. This script will synchronize the system time, update and upgrade the system, install Samba, and create a Samba user with the root username and password set as "toor." Once the setup is complete, the Banana Pi M4-Zero will provide an IP address and port number to connect to the NAS server. This allows you to access your NAS server seamlessly from Windows machines, Android devices, and Apple devices.

All the files will be stored on the Banana Pi M4-Zero at a specific path, which is clearly demonstrated in the video. This solution provides a free and open-source NAS option for your home or project needs. Additionally, we will explore using external drives as storage for your NAS server in future videos. We will also cover creating a similar NAS server setup using the Banana Pi M4-Berry.
