Slatki kolač, poznat pod nazivom buhtle, čest je gost na našoj trpezi. Deca ga obožavaju, mada ni mi veliki nismo imuni na čari buhtli. Pripremale su ga naše majke i bake, a danas mi spremamo isti slatkiš našoj deci.

20gr kvasca
3dl mleka
1 + 4 kašike šećera
100ml ulja
1 jaje
600-700gr brašna
oko 100gr putera ili margarina
200gr džema, krema, pekmeza ( punjenje po želji )
šećer u prahu za posipanje buhtli.
