BUDGET EXPECTATIONS

Finance Secretary Petal-Ann Roberts has slightly reduced her budget request to Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo and is today seeking no less than five percent of the National budget.

She previously demanded five point nine percent.

This follows a recent meeting with the Finance Minister who once again brought to the fore the financial state of the economy. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
