Brysha Mull - A New Day

My room is dark and lonely,
The moon is shinning bright,
I am wondering why,
Your not holding me tonight?

The wind blows through the window,
And a cold breeze sweeps over me.
I'm so alone tonight,
And the moon is all I see.

The clouds are dull and gray,
And they start to cover the moon.
The sun is almost rising,
A new day is coming soon.

So I will tread the water,
As I do each and everyday.
Hoping to find my someone,
Somewhere along the way.
