Bryan Harrison - Velcro Shoes

He wriggles at the back, hair shaved, body slack, playing with his velcro shoes.

The ripping of the strap, sends his teacher in a flap as he plays with his velcro shoes.

The teacher tries to ignore, the rude noise on the floor from the boy with the velcro shoes.

Finally she breaks down, with a disappointed frown she asks for the velcro shoes.

The boy sadly removes, his shiny new shoes with the painfully annoying velcro strap.

Then he slides back down, to the carpeted ground, upset by his public mishap.
