A broken heart tear filled eyes
Another soul to fill the skies
Many memories in my mind
Some I laugh some I cry

The times we shared, the laughs we had
Things I miss when I think of you
Realizing that's al I have to hold on to
Only memories of what once was you

Missing your laughter that I'll never again hear
That's the reality that fills me with so much fear
No more smile on your face
no more warmth of your embrace

Someday's I hear your voice and turn to see your face
Yet in my turning it seems the sound has been erased
The last good - bye leaves me with just one wish
To have you here today and never leave me this way

Today Jesus as you're listening in your home above
