BRING BACK JOUVERT IN SCARBOROUGH

The Chairman of the Tobago Mas Band Leaders Association, Dianne McCrimmon, says Tobago has the capacity to host two Carnivals the National Carnival and the October Carnival.

Her comments come on the heels of statements made by Tourism Secretary Zorisha Hackett, who said during a Carnival media conference last Friday that any move toward hosting only one Carnival in Tobago would not take place without public consultation.
