Every time we kiss
Every time we touch
When are bodies are close together
Or I feel your breath on my skin
It's wrong.

There's no spark
There's no heat
There's no love

I don't blush when I look into your eyes
When I see I get I text from you, I don't get butterflies

I want to want you
But I don't

I stroke your neck and you caress my waist
And I make no point in remaining chaste

But there's no feeling behind it
And I don't know if there should be

It doesn't feel wrong
But it doesn't feel complete

I think of you fondly
And often even
You've become such a good friend

I wonder if you think of me
But I hope you don't
And fear you ever will

I say that I don't believe in love
And I'm not sure that I do
But it's something I'm starting to feel deprived of

Our arrangement keeps me free
But this just isn't working for me
Nothing seems to keep me happy
