Briana McRae - Goodbye

You ripped my heart out,
You made me believe you loved me without a doubt.
And now all because of you,
My heart is broken right in two.

You acted as though you loved me,
And told me together we would always be.
And now i have to act as though it doesnt bother me,
Even though it feels like I'm trapped inside, chained to a tree.

Now I must move on,
Over you I cannot continuously fawn.
You used me and threw me away,
So I swear to you someday you Will pay.

You used to be the light in my life but now you've gone out,
And now im trapped inside this darkness wanting to scream and kick and shout.
But I guess your love was all some big lie,
And so now it's time for my to say good bye.
