Breakthrough in Hepatitis C treatment

Doctors in the United States said they have found a new oral treatment for Hepatitis C that will improve the lives of millions of sufferers. Current treatments are only sometimes effective, and involve injections and dozens of pills each day. The virus is usually transmitted through the exchange of body fluids or sharing of needles, and it is estimated that more than 150 million people worldwide have the disease.
