Brazilians back on streets, despite reform pledge
Description
Protesters flood Rio de Janeiro's downtown once again Monday evening, demanding the government tackle a number of social issues.

"We are calling for more health care, more education; the doctors make no difference if we don't have the infrastructure, if we don't have hospitals with the capacity to accept the doctors. We have doctors, what we don't have is decent hospitals."
Participants in the nameless, leaderless front are hoping the demonstration movement will gain strength after a relatively peaceful weekend dotted with smaller protests.
The latest march comes despite Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's Monday announcement of a five-point plan to tackle these same concerns.
She also proposed a debate on a possible referendum to facilitate political reform following weeks of massive demonstrations across the country, some of which have become violent.
