Description
The Nut or Seed of the Brazilian Pine has a fine taste. The Brazilian children eat the seeds after being cooked in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Also, the Indian tribe called the Araucanas in the Chilean Andes eat the sprouts of the seeds, like the Japanese eat bean sprouts.
