Braverman faces MPs over speeding fallout
Description
Suella Braverman has continued to deny wrongdoing as she fielded a barrage of questions over whether she asked civil servants to help arrange a private speed awareness course to avoid taking points on her licence for a speeding offence in 2022.
The Home Secretary told MPs in the House of Commons: "I was speeding, I regret that, I paid the fine, and I took the penalty. And at no point did I attempt to evade sanction." Report by Buseld. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn
