Brandon Rowe - Our Footprints

As the waves roll onto land,
Our footprints fade into the sand.
But like the sun setting into the sea,
Our love will endure all eternity.
I'll stand by you and you'll stand by me,
You'll take my hand and we'll be free.
Hush my baby don't you cry,
For I'll hold you till the end of time.
With hearts as one and minds the same,
We'll start together this little game.
This game called life and I'm proud to say,
I wouldn't have it any other way

i wrote this poem for my now ex fiancee so i hope you all enjoy it as much as she once did
