Brandon Owens - America

Description
Choosing exactly what she would wear
They had big things planned for her
Hoped she would be better
A dream that lasts forever
While she was developing
She made quite the scene
Their money made her do
Unforgivable things
She looked so sweet dressed up in Democracy
As you followed her down the street
And into a dark alley
She stood so tall on four hundred and thirty five legs
You were lost in too much skin
No fair representation
So many dirty words and empty promises
Coming from her One hundred heads
So many mouths to kiss and feed
But you could tell by her obesity
That her need turned to greed
It's too late for you to change your mind
Her Pimp stands ready behind
Nothing about this process feels divine
But you still have your life, liberty
And pursuit of happiness
At the end you feel disappointed
And hand him the money for services
Not wanting the alternative
Knowing very well you're paying
To live in Hell
Honestly where is your integrity
The truth is not for sale
Because the truth is corrupted
Inside the individual self
We can buy her new clothes
But she's not so pretty anymore
After you raped her ego
Do you remember the way you used to be?
America! America!
God shed is grace on thee
You are The Liberty of Individuality
From Sea to shining Sea
