Brandon Hoeg - my savior

dark times, no soul, heart shattered
i just stopped caring, and felt like nothing really matterred
i lost hope, and i just had given up sadly
only sorrow, nothing, i was never happy

i lied and told myslef everything was going to be fine
but i didnt even know who i was at the time
and just when i though i was a misfit to the world
there came a night i talked to a special young girl

we were talking and laughing and i had so much fun
for once i felt at peace with someone
so im thinking to myself what can this be
have i finally found the girl that understands me
so we talked for a few more hours and we said good night
and i realized that it was one of the best times of my life

so the days go on and the talking never ends
by the end of the month i have a new best friend
but i dont want to be friends, i want something more
i feel something with her that ive never felt before

i had no more sorrow, she made everything great
but what i didnt know was she felt the same way
when you said 'i love you' it made my jaw drop
so amazing and random that i thought my heart stopped

you've made my downs ups, you've made my lefts right
you've found me in the darkness and turned on all the lights
its something ive never felt in my whole life
even though i was scared, i knew everything was gonna turn out alright

i want to be with you for the rest of my days
spend my life with you forever and always
i love you, and you love me too
my heart beats, and it beats for only you.
