O2 Media Inc. a full-service television production company and developer of branded entertainment, direct marketing productions, and infomercials, was incorporated in 2006 by Founder and Chairman Mark Alfieri, a veteran of the business dating back to 1992. The company's two award-winning branded entertainment properties, The Balancing Act airing on Lifetime Television, and Designing Spaces, airing on WEtv, are educational, solution-oriented shows that feature participant companies who appear on the show and present their company's product or service as a solution to a specific problem or issue. In addition to participating companies, the shows also feature celebrity special guests, charitable organizations, and expert guests for informative segments.
