Today I'm going to talk about your brand and your brand reputation, what you need to do and how you need to perceive yourself to your audience.
1. One of the biggest things that you need to understand is that you need to be sincere and be transparent to your customers and people that come to your site all your visitors. Don’t hold things back let them know who you are and what your doing don’t try to make a dupe of them and don’t try to scam them for something just be honest. You need to understand that they are looking for value that’s why they came to your page so provide them that.

2. Another thing that you need to realize is to do what you say you’ll do, if your offering training then give them some training and if you tell them you’re going to help them or if they can e-mail you or contact you, when they do get back with those people. Do what you say you’re going to do this is going to help your Brand and Reputation online and not only online.

For example if you tell your friends offline that you’re going to help them do something go do it, don’t just say it and not do it. If your friends outside of your internet ventures know that you are online and working a business online they can help your business online as well as anything else.

3. Another item that you need to think about is to help people reach their goals. If you help people do what they want to do and provide them the answers, if you help them get their business started online or whatever it is then those people are going to be grateful.

Help people get their goals and meet those goals. If they comment on your blog post or a video that you have done, make sure that you get back with them in a timely manner. Always try to answer their questions and help these people reach the goals that they are looking for, if you do that then you are going that extra mile.
