BRAIDED CRUST PIZZA:

ingredients:for pizza dough:
you need.
flour : 2 cups
salt : 2 teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil : 1 1/2tablespoon
active dry yeast : 1packets
sugar : 1teaspoon
water : as needed

for pizza sauce
tomato paste 1 cup
garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
dried basil 1 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon

and
for topping
chicken tandoori
bell pepper
onion
green chilli
fresh mozzarella
black olives

DIRECTIONS:
pour 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl and sprinkle yeast and let stand for five minutes ....now add sugar in it.
Mix flour, salt, olive oil and this yeast mixture and make a dough by adding a little more water as needed.
cover it with cling film and set aside for at least one hour untill dough has doubled in size.
To prepare pizza sauce cook all the ingredients of pizza sauce togather in a sauce pan and cook them untill you get a smooth paste.
Make the pizza according to video sprinkle all the toppings
and bake it in pre-heated oven at 200°celsius for 10 to 12 minutes.
