Boy killed during Independence Day celebration

Independence Day celebrations turned tragic today (Aug 15) in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, where a boy was killed in firing. The unfortunate incident occured during the celebrations organised by Meerut Wrestling Federation. After the flag hoisting, all the guests were having lunch along with chief guest Atul Pradhan, suddenly, a bullet hit a boy named Vishal and he died on the spot. It is still unclear who fired the shot but the eyewitnesses say that it was fired during the jubilation.
