Upon your fiest consultation, range of assessments will be conducted such as Body composition, physiological testing, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscle testing.
Regular assessments will be scheduled every 3-6 weeks, depending on the frequency and intensity that you exercise. Appropriate intervention strategies will assess the effectiveness of your program and thus will determine what modifications can be made to create the best stimulus, from which your body can recover quicker, alter body composition, reduce the risk of injury and lead a healthier lifestyle.
