Description

North and South Korea's nuclear envoys meet in the Chinese capital.
Ri Yong-ho and his South Korean counterpart Wi Sung-lac are expected to discuss the North's nuclear programme.
This comes after their meeting in July, when they held high-level talks for the first time in two years.
After which they said they would work to resume the stalled six-party talks for nuclear disarmament on the Korean peninsula.
Ri did not give much away as he left after their private talks.
Wi confirmed there was more to discuss later.

"We had good talks, we have discussed many issues. We will continue our talks this afternoon at 3.30pm and we will have to see after that. Sorry."
China on Monday, issued its own call for the two powers to restart talks.
Held in Beijing since 2003, the six-party talks have brought together the two Koreas, China, the US, Japan and Russia.
Over two years ago, North Korea walked out of the talks after the UN imposed fresh sanctions on the state for holding nuclear and missile tests.
