Boston marks bombing anniversary

Officials marked the exact time of the Boston Marathon bombings a year ago with a brief moment of silence and a formal flag-raising ceremony at the finish line. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and other leaders paid tribute to the three people killed and 264 wounded in the attack.
