BOSTON BOMBING: Young Vicitm Identified

8 yr old Richard Martin is one of the young victims who died following the bomb blasts at the Boston marathon. The Boston Globe reports Martin was running to hug his dad who was near the finish line, when the blasts happened. Martin's mother and sister were also injured in the attack.
