Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today, Boss Major is the perfect example of turning crumbs into a loaf of bread. Born and raised in the dangerous rodent-infested projects of Chicago, hustling became a way of life for this upcoming rapper. Not easily influenced by the nice cars and women of “The Street Life”, but motivated by his father’s daily street activities. Boss was determined to be his own man and not a shadow of his father. Most importantly, he had to focus on feeding his younger siblings when it deemed necessary. Candidly stated, "I got it how I lived and nothing more!” He felt there were no other options. At the age of 13, Boss began writing his first untitled song to be recorded.
