Boris backs Brexit

London mayor Boris Johnson tells reporters gathered outside his north London home he will be backing the campaign for the UK to leave the European Union. Describing his decision as ‘agonisingly difficult’, Johnson said he has had doubts for 30 years about the EU’s powers getting ‘out of control’.
