Boring Alice - Getting to know you

Texting is simple and sweet, sometime blunt but always fun and neat

Through emails typed on my phone, short and to the point, written when I'm all alone

On my computer long do they grow, sometimes saying much more than I know

A phone call is more personal, questions and thought, avoid you can not.
Your feelings show through,
letting me get to know so much more of you.

In person a new level of connection does flow, understanding and love does grow and grow.
Into your eyes I can happily see, into my soul I invite you to know all of me.

Now we add in the communion of love, finding that you fit me just like a glove.
While our fires do burn, more that I love you I do learn.

The more ways we talk, share and play, the more I get to know you each and every day.
