Bone- in Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:
For wet batter:
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg

For dry coating:
2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp backing soda
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Recipe:
In a deep pan heat oil at medium- high heat for 4 to 5 mins.Lower the heat to medium.Take the bone-in chicken with skin and dip it in the wet batter.Now dip it in dry batter.Dip it again in wet batter, and then again dip it in the dry coating.Place this in the heated oil and thoroughly fry until golden,and fully cooked from the inside.Make sure that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 Farenheit.Serve with fries and Enjoy!
