Description
Zaleha Kadir Opin shot to fame when her chicken rendang was panned by one of the judges on MasterChef UK for not being "crispy". She was recently back in Malaysia for a four-week holiday and made most of her trip back home meeting other chefs, including Aunty Aini, who ironically taught MasterChef UK judge John Torode how to cook chicken rendang.
