Description

A bomb hidden in a van has exploded in Madrid, the Spanish capital. There were no injuries. Authorities say it was planted by the Basque separatist group, Eta. On Sunday, a Spanish court banned two Basque nationalist parties with alleged links to the group from from participating in March's regional elections in the Basque Country.
