In this edition of our special program Bolivia in Motion, correspondent David Dougherty takes us to the eastern department of Santa Cruz, a major economic hub and home to the country's largest city. Opinion polls show incumbent President Evo Morales might win Santa Cruz, a traditional bastion of the right-wing, for the first time since taking office in 2006. If Morales wins Santa Cruz in Sunday's elections, it would mark a major shift in Bolivian politics, traditionally characterized by regional differences. teleSUR
