A soup that has been served in Bolivia for years is now gaining popularity and is even served at top restaurants, whose clients say it is delicious. Its main ingredients are a bull’s penis and hooves. Known as “caldo de cardan,” it is reputed to be a cure for hangovers and impotence and is used as an aphrodisiac by many.
