Description
Bank of America agreed to a $72.5M settlement with Epstein survivors who alleged the bank enabled his sex-trafficking operation by servicing accounts linked to Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Leon Black. The deal covers victims abused between 2008 and 2019 and requires court approval in April.
