Description

The Y Rise is for your lower abs and can be used in all three levels. You should put both hands in the small of your back for support as you can hurt your back if this exercise is not done properly. For the Beginner, you can have your legs bent and for the Advanced, you can put your legs straight out. For Freak of Nature, you can use your ankle weights and either do the Y Rise or Shoe Box Shuffle.
