Description
For the Advanced version, you can simply raise each leg as far as you can toward your head as possible moving at a fast pace. Preferably you want to go with the beat of music on this one to develop a steady pace.
For the Freak of Nature version of the Mountain Climbers, you can wear ankle weights while proceeding with the same motion. However, after each cycle, you will cross you knee underneath your body toward your opposite shoulder.
