I am standing,
on the edge,
of an abyss,
looking down,
into the darkness.
I've been here
so long.
How does a person turn?
Walk away?
I cannot!
I've been pulled away,
Twice,
By others.
Now, I'm alone,
Back on the edge,
Staring into the abyss,
Hypnotized by the coming night.
Why do I waver?
Only one reason,
Fear!
I am a coward!
