BM Private Limited - Receipt & Issue Department

To receive and issue the material, BM has an R&I Department.
The purchased material is secured in the inspection area on its arrival and Supervisor informs the Manager Quality control & assurance for its inspection.
The material is accepted or rejected on the basis of report by Quality Control Department.
This Department is also responsible for the issuance of the material. It includes taking out the required material from the stock, checking its quantity and quality and then handing over to the Department concerned.
After checking the re-order level of the stocks daily, the R&I Department prepares the purchase request as per requirement and sends it to the procurement Department
