Blurred Lines get blurry

Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is making more headlines.

The estate of Marvin Gaye has filed a lawsuit claiming Thicke ripped off Gaye's song, "Got to Give It Up" for his chart-topping single.

The estate is requesting an injunction requiring Thicke to cease infringing on Gaye's copyrights and asks for unspecified damages.

Thicke agues that although he admitted he was inspired by Gaye, the basic foundation of his song is all together different.

"Blurred Lines" spent several weeks at number one earlier this year.
