Head to the Hautes-Pyrénées for dessert with this soft and fruity delight: the Pyrenean blueberry pie! An extra indulgent recipe, easy to make, and once prepared to celebrate weddings and communions. Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (yolks + whites)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1+2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4.5 oz blueberries
