SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, which Wikipedia defines as "the process of improving the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's "natural" or un-paid ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results." To beat a dead horse, blog SEO is the process of getting your blog more traffic, which means more viewers. More viewers generally means more money, and money is a pretty good reason to focus on blog SEO. In this tutorial we won't get into the techniques of SEO (we'll save that for the next blog SEO tutorial) but we will talk about what SEO is.
