The moon is on my side tonight
Thank god, because I've lost my sight,
The sun took away my light
And banished me, to eternal night.
And the rain came pouring down

All around me.
The wind is watching my back
The wind, is keeping me on track,
Blowing me around like a one eyed jack,
Keeping me together with all the things that I lack.

I've got shivers rolling up my spine
Shivers, filling up my mind,
Always searching but never I find
Always searching in the land of the blind.
And the rain comes pouring down
The wind blows all around,
All around me.
The leaves shake the trees
The wind shakes my knees,
Hammering nails into an old dead tree,
Putting up a sign that no one will see.
The sun took away my light,
Left me searching in the land of the blind,
But I still got one good eye,
So am I the king in the land of the blind?
