Black Rabbit - Mona Lisa

When you look at all the great deeds we have done.
And if I do this well enough, this could be one.
I think about all the people displeased.
With all the works of art that people have released.
Because they didn’t think they did it good enough.
They just throw it out with the junk and stuff.
And figure somebody can do it better.
But there can be only one Mona Lisa if you let her.

This is for the Artist, poets, and dreamers.
Because no one should judge your work and demeanor.
And tell you that your work is not that good.
At least you tried and maybe they should.
Before they tell you where you went wrong.
Maybe we should see how they sing their song.
And before they say, “you could have done it easier.”
Tell them there can only be one Mona Lisa.

So I say keep up all the great works.
And don’t pay no never mind to all those jerks.
Because each piece has to have meaning to only you.
Remember you are the only one and there can never be two.
So now you know that even though some may not say.
Keep making your art in your own special way.
Even though they will continue to criticize you.
Because they will never draw the Mona Lisa the way you do.

I hope that this will inspire you as much as it has helped me.
